You do not need yoga. Wanna know why? 👇👇👇⁣ ⁣ You might need what yoga GIVES YOU, but you do not need YOGA.⁣ ⁣ Yoga is just a practice. A very powerful practice, but just a practice all the same. And you know what? I am not here to tell you WHAT to practice or HOW to practice. That's not my job — it's yours. And if you can get what you need from sitting at the potter's wheel or volunteering at a local animal shelter or hiking along the shore of Lake Michigan and that's what lights you up inside, don't do yoga.
