Thousands of hours of providing bodywork and teaching yoga have convinced me that it takes more than just passive bodywork (massage therapy, acupuncture, chiropractic) to create lasting structural change, ease of movement, and pain-free function.  And, as I’ve worked with my clients over the years, I’ve also noticed that clients who commit to regular, ongoing work (and who keep up with the homework suggestions I give them) experience greater progress, healing, and growth than clients who only see me sporadically.

Yoga is really so simple, but we can get it so twisted, worrying too much about what the poses look like or operating with a “deeper, longer, more advanced, pushing it to the absolute max all the time = better” mentality.

A custom, physiologically sound yoga practice creates new patterns and teaches your body how to move through space in a healthier way.

I teach what I call "mindful alignment" — encouraging constant reflection instead of blind compliance with standard cues and directives. I am 100% convinced that this approach is the secret to discovering the alignment, poses, and modifications that work best for you.

To cultivating a yoga practice that teaches you how to recognize and reconnect with the voice of your deepest, truest self — both on and off your mat.

Therapeutic bodywork pairs so well with yoga.  After some mindful movement and intentional breathwork, your body is warm, open, and more receptive to soft tissue work.  Together, we’ll assess where and how we need to work in order to give you the most pain relief, stability, and resilience.

Bodywork provides an opportunity for you to relax, to let go, to be taken care of.

This is why I created the Empowered Yoga + Bodywork program — to help give you what you need.  Time for you to breathe, move, and get to know YOUR body a little better each session. Commit to building more strength, ease of movement, and a deeper level of embodiment. Say yes to peace, connection, and filling your own cup.

  • A 75 minute or 110 minute session once or twice a month — you choose what’s right for you.

  • ~15% off additional integrated sessions (yoga + bodywork or bodywork + heart sessions) while participating in the program.

  • Easy access to me via text or email so that any questions or concerns you have can get addressed ASAP.

The Empowered Yoga + Bodywork Program is currently paused but may resume at some point in the future.

In order to honor the valuable nature of our time together and Little Dipper practitioners' ability to work with other clients and students, if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
